NoPaperManuals™ is a SaaS solution for digitizing product manuals via QR codes, published by LTA Smarttech Solutions.
1. DEFINITIONS
- Platform: The NoPaperManuals™ service accessible via nopapermanuals.com
- Client: Any natural or legal person subscribing to a subscription
- End Users: Persons accessing manuals via QR codes
- Manuals: PDF documents uploaded via the Platform
- QR codes: Automatically generated codes for accessing manuals
2. PURPOSE
These general conditions define the terms of sale and use of the NoPaperManuals™ Platform, a trademark registered with the INPI under number 5188191, allowing companies to digitize their product manuals and make them accessible via QR codes.
2.1 SINGLE-ENTITY USE AND PROHIBITION OF RESALE
⚠️ Fundamental Rule of Use
Each subscription is strictly reserved for the exclusive use of the subscribing legal entity.The subscription is linked to a single company identification number and cannot be shared, resold, or made available to third parties.
2.1.1 Formal Prohibitions
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Resell or sub-lease all or part of the service to third parties
- Make available the Platform to other commercial entities (clients, partners, non-owned subsidiaries)
- Host products belonging to other companies or brands
- Use the service as a B2B2C distribution or resale platform
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent product limits
2.1.2 Authorized Special Cases
Groups and holdings can manage several legal entities on the same account ONLY if:
- Capital control exceeding 50% of each hosted entity
- Same intra-community VAT number OR signed group agreement
- Prior declaration to support with justifications
- Written validation from our legal department
3. SERVICES OFFERED
- Secure upload and hosting of multilingual PDF manuals
- Automatic generation of QR codes
- Multi-user management with role-based system
- Consultation and download analytics
- Customer support and updates included
4. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
- Prices are expressed in euros excluding taxes (HT)
- The applicable VAT is that in force at the time of billing
- Prices may be modified with 30 days' notice
5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
- Respect the limits of the subscribed plan
- Ensure intellectual property of uploaded manuals
- Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
- Not use the Platform for illegal purposes
6. LIABILITY
The Client is solely and uniquely responsible for the content of the PDF files uploaded to the Platform. NoPaperManuals acts as a technical host.
7. TERMINATION
Termination is possible at any time via the client area or the Stripe portal. Service ends at the end of the current paid period.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the courts of Paris.
