How does pricing work?
The Whitelabel pack is available as an option for €49/month (in addition to your Business or Enterprise subscription). It includes the custom domain and full Header/Footer customization.
Can I remove the 'Powered by NoPaperManuals' mention?
In Premium (Embedded) and Expert (Proxy) modes, the platform is completely invisible, so the mention does not appear. In Standard mode (DNS Delegation), it is present by default but can be removed via an additional option.
How long does domain configuration take?
Once your CNAME record is in place, domain activation and securing usually take less than 24 hours.
How does QR Code scanning work with Whitelabel?
It's completely seamless. Our redirection system automatically detects your configuration. If it's an iframe (Premium), the user lands on your host page. If it's a proxy (Expert), they are redirected to your brand's URL.
What is the technical difference between Premium and Expert modes?
Premium mode (Embedded) integrates our manuals into your site via an iframe (the technical URL remains nopapermanuals.com behind the scenes). Expert mode (Proxy) integrates the manuals directly into your own root domain name (e.g., brand.com/manuals), which is the ultimate SEO solution.
Is Proxy mode secure?
Absolutely. The connection is secured by a unique security secret known only to your server. The proxy acts only as an outgoing content tunnel: no sensitive data from your infrastructure is exposed, and the connection is secured via SSL.
